RANGER CADETS is a brand new, independent, non-profit uniformed youth work organisation based in England, established to fill a crucial gap in youth development.

We are inspired by the structure, discipline, and pride associated with the armed forces, but our sole focus is on youth development, essential life skills, and active community service.

We are fundamentally built on the belief that young people care deeply about their communities. Our mission is to give them the uniform, the training, and the platform to prove it, turning them into visible, inspirational role models.

• Ages: Open to young people aged 11 up to 21 years old.
• Status: A non-political, non-religious, inclusive, and independent charity.
• Operation: 100% volunteer-led and driven by community passion.
